Our bookkeeping service is tailored to your needs and can range from data entry right through to preparing and sending out invoices, and even chasing your customers for payment.
Posting Purchase Invoices
We’ll set up an accounts@email and you can arrange for all of your suppliers to send their invoices there. We’ll login regularly and post those invoices into your accounting system so your payables list is always up to date and we’re ensuring up to date reporting.
In order to ensure you have up to date lists of receivables and payables, and up to date financial reporting, we’ll login to your accounting system regularly and reconcile the bank transactions so you can rely on the accuracy of the information.
We’ll undertake a review every six months to ensure you are getting just what you need from your bookkeeping service.
When you start a new business, it’s vital that you receive the correct support and advice from the get-go to avoid any unforeseen complications further down the line. A Confirmation Statement, or annual return, is a snapshot of your company information at a particular date and must be filed each year. Not wanting to scaremonger, but if you fail to do this, you could be struck off and face fines of up to £3,000. Why not remove this worry and let us manage this for you?
The information required includes details about the directors and company secretary - if you have one appointed - the registered office, share capital and shareholdings. Your company information will be checked, confirmed with you and the appropriate form filed with Companies House within the deadline.
All companies must have a registered office address. This address is made available on the public register and certain information (e.g. financial statements) should be held there with the facilities for inspection upon request.
By enrolling onto this service, you’ll be able to keep your private address off public record (using ours instead), have your official letters dealt with immediately, any other correspondence forwarded to you the same day and you’ll also have your company name displayed at the entrance to the building.
Payroll / CIS / P11Ds
Rather than taking up lots of your time and energy wading through paperwork, use that time to focus on doing what you do well and outsource your payroll, P11Ds and management of your CIS scheme.
Our payroll service is tailored to the size and needs of your business and will guarantee that you are protected from continually changing Government legislation. We will also advise on opportunities to reduce your PAYE bill.
All your P11D payroll and CIS queries can be handled by your Client Manager too, and you’ll be kept informed regularly of the changes that are relevant to you as an individual and as an employer or contractor.
So, wave goodbye to form filling, software updates, legislative changes and dealing with difficult questions from your employees, subcontractors or HMRC. This service will remove this administrative burden, freeing you up to focus on business growth.

Management Accounts and Review Meetings
Management accounts are prepared for internal use, as opposed to the accounts which are needed for HMRC and Companies House, which means the format and frequency of them can be tailored to your specific needs.
We will work with you to define the Key Performance Indicators that underpin the success of your business. These will be a combination of financial and non-financial measures. We'll put these into a separate report each period (decided by you) and provide our analysis of the results, working with you to improve the results over time. These reports will highlight whether you’re making a profit, you’ll be able to understand where that profit is coming from and see if it has increased or declined, providing insight into the current financial health of your business and informing your action plan.
We’ll host face-to-face meeting to address anything you want to discuss with us, as your professional advisers, and highlight anything that we have identified as areas that will benefit from closer attention, guided by the reports presented in the meeting.
Budgets & Forecasts
Every business should have a three year financial budget to outline where it’s heading. This gives direction to the board and the entire team as to what the business is trying to achieve so you are all working in sync. We’ll create, manage and update a rolling 12-month three-way forecast of profit and loss, cashflow and the balance sheet so you always know what the future financial performance and position of the business looks like, based on what we already know today through committed sales and costs. This service is about bringing the future into the present so you can act upon the knowledge gleaned.

Pension Auto Enrolment
Pension reform is about more than just setting up a pension. Once the scheme has been set up you have a number of ongoing legal duties, such as:
- Assessing employees every pay reference period (e.g. monthly and/or weekly)
- Automatically joining employees to the pension scheme and paying an employer contribution
- Facilitating instructions from employees who wish to opt-out of the pension scheme
- Providing a route for employees to opt-in to the pension scheme
- Re-enrolling employees who have chosen to opt-out of the pension scheme every 3 years
- Filing your pension reports with your pension provider
